Shipping policy
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding shipping. Shipping is automatically calculated a check out and depends on the size and weight of item, zip code of where item is being shipped, and the service being used. If shipping does not look correct to you, please reach out to check.
Open packages within 24 hours of receipt or insurance policy may be void. If you are going to be away, please ask me to hold the package until you are home. If your item was damaged and was $100 or less, please make a claim directly with shipping company. You will need to save all packing material. If it was over $100, contact me via email at raspberryandroyalhome@gmail.com or on Instagram @RaspberryandRoyalHome and I will make the claim for you if you send me the following and adhere to the following: photos of the broken item, photos of the outside of the box, photos of the inside of the box with all of the packing material used. You must save the broken item and all packing material used until the claim is complete. Claims take a few weeks to process with the shipping insurance company, please be patient. I will refund you the purchase price of the item when I receive the payment from the insurance company.
