English Revolving Dome Butter Dish

This exquisite domed butter dish is really lovely. The lid is beautifully hand-engraved with intricate flourishes and floral motifs. It rests on four ornate feet that resemble cascading leaves and flowers. It has a delicate beaded edge while the handle is adorned with a graceful shell motif.

Lift the hinged dome to reveal the original glass insert, perfect for serving butter in style. In excellent vintage condition, with a small chipped area on the edge of the glass insert that is not very noticeable. Made in England
