Striking Pierced Bowl with Blue Cobalt and Spoon

Here is a lovely antique silver plated pedestal bowl with lacy pierced and scalloped top edge.  Inside is a heavy cobalt blue glass insert.  The bowl is paired with a pretty scoop spoon for serving which was made by Forbes Silver in the late 1800's.  Bowl  is 4” wide. Excellent antique condition.
